i don't hate impossible games

but there's a limit to "impossibility".

I died AT LEAST 50 times (and you'll see I have the 127 deaths badge) by trying to jump the first gap. why? because my first reaction in front of a gap is to jump when I'm at the edge of it, NOT when my charachter is half on the edge, half in the gap already!

graphics were, well, not good, but didn't need anything more anyway. and it seems that it's becoming some kind of trend to make retro-style games again...

"then don't make it about the payment system, it should be irrelevant" not true. It is ENTIRELY relevant.

The payment method hinders ANY kind of upgrades (except barricades). You expect people to have fun with the pistol as SOLE weapon? . Making games and ask for money? ok. Making a game, and ask for money for FAKE stuff INSIDE the game? not ok. Especially not for "just" a flash game. That being my opinion, I know there are people stupid enough to actually PAY for FAKE stuff, so I won't blame you for trying to bait such people. But I'd say that's still bad "marketting" or whatever you call it. You don't even give us time to "taste" from the game, no you ask to pay before actually getting the menu. I think you'd have more success by at least keeping the 5 first guns free.

That's a 2/10 (0/5 on gameplay, 1/2 of presentation, 1/2 of sound 0/1 of personal enjoyment)
and a 0/5 because of demo.

It's not TOO hard per se...

everyone must admit it's a hard game, but it's a hard game we COULD beat.

the only problem is we have to restart the whole goddamn level (as far as I know in each case) each time we die, which happens A LOT. Level 3 is momently the furthest I got. I died 10 times restarting the level, because the first shotgun guy and rifle guy get me all the time. That's ok, it's just the beginnnig of the level. But I gave up because, after FINALLY getting thru a point, i get killed and I have to do it ALL over again.

So basically, this game needs checkpoints INSIDE the game too. OR a live system, meaning you can't respawn forever, but you when you die, you at least respawn in the same spot as you died (or a little before that...)

if this gets implemented, I can assure you I'll play this game again.

Stylish

very nice and stylish little game, I hope there will be a sequel or similar game :)

Great game

overall great game. It feels like shooting bows. Only few things:

1. No save game? campaign mode without a save option is not good.
2. It lags. But that can be my MacBook...

Sadly

my review won't be based on much. I quit after level 1, discovering my azerty keyboard isn't compatible. Sorry. It looked promising, looked very good by the way.

This is a general message to game makers, please keep azerty keyboards in mind, OR add arrow keys as controls OR make controls customizable.

Needs lots more

First of all, why does it say "realistic"? Nothing is realistic in that game (and not talking about aliens or that, I'm talking of how the bodies react). They shouldn't fall in pieces, they should fly around like ragdolls. And occasionally break something if the shock is too hard.

Secondly, more options would be nice(r). The levels get too boring, and even if gets more difficult the more you progress, the less you actually want to try.

Graphics good, game good, everything good. One more thing to earn 9 xtra stars:

Tell us from the start, meaning : on THIS page that it is a demo.

Nice game

Very nice concept, kept me wanting to finish the 30 levels. Must say 30 levels was PERFECT AMOUNT. I think more than that would've been frustrating or just getting boring. and the last level was tricky, but still possible

good little game you've made here. I loved the idea of popping the balloons of the enemy to kill them. Skill is needed sometimes, but overall quite simple game. More levels could surely not hurt it, although finishing 20 levels gives a feeling of acomplishment.
